We’re building infrastructure.
Not another app on top of the pile — the working layer underneath health care that nobody owns: the filings, directories, claims rails, price files, and compliance artifacts that decide whether care is reachable and what it costs. We build in the lanes that are underserved, underrepresented, and underutilized, and we build from public documents only. If it’s not sourced, we don’t publish it.
Every lane below was tested before it was built: each one had to survive a verification step designed to kill it cheaply if its premise was wrong. Four survived as designed, one survived reshaped. This page is the build map, kept current.
A sourced, caveated comparison of hospital negotiated rates for a defined procedure set in one county, built from the hospitals’ own published price-transparency files — with the analyst judgment the files demand. The public files cannot be trusted to a blind pipeline: in our production test, the standard ghost-rate screen was broken in the source data itself, and applying it silently reversed a headline finding. The judgment is the product.
Module (one county, one procedure set): $3,500–$5,000 · Core expansion (multi-county or expanded sets): $7,500–$12,500 · Refresh against current files: $2,500–$4,000. Hospitals whose files are portal-gated are named and either excluded on the face of the brief or pursued by a quoted manual path — never silently dropped.
Buyers: the affected side and the oversight side — unions, employers and employer coalitions, public oversight bodies, research and news organizations. We do not sell to health plans, PBMs, or TPAs.
Read the sample brief — Tulare County Commission a briefFederal law (45 CFR 92.11) has required every covered health care entity to post a Notice of Availability of language assistance — in English plus the state’s top 15 languages — since July 5, 2025. Our audit of 16 small California clinics and FQHCs found 13 with no notice on their public sites at all, and only the best-resourced entity in the sample substantially compliant. The product is the verified artifact set: the notice in all 16 versions, placed conspicuously, and carried inside the communications the rule names.
Status: verified November 6, 2026 — product build in progress.
California’s Hospital Fair Pricing law now requires hospitals to prescreen patients for charity care before discharge, with the written process filed in their financial assistance policies — and the statute expressly contemplates third-party screening services. We checked HCAI’s own filing record for 21 mid-size California hospitals: zero had filed a substantive process, none cited the statute, none named screening software. The screening duty lands July 1, 2027; the compliance pack is being built against a re-check of that same hospital sample in early 2027.
Status: verified November 6, 2026 — build timed to the July 1, 2027 duty.
Roughly 700 California school districts became billable behavioral-health providers under the CYBHI fee schedule with no billing back office. As of November 3, 2026, 431 of them — 61.6% — had never submitted a claim (DHCS figures). In development: the readiness and operations layer for the districts the state’s own support bill never reached.
Ghost networks are documented — federal and journal studies find roughly half of listed behavioral-health providers unreachable or wrong. Our own mini-audit showed a public-records screen resolves about half a directory; the rest needs a contact tier. In development as a two-tier audit for affected-side buyers: screen first, then verify the unresolvable remainder. We do not sell directory work to health plans.
Public documents only, every figure traceable to its source file. Verification before initiation — each lane above carries the test that could have killed it. No patient data: our health care products are built to run without protected health information wherever the work allows, and inside the client’s own compliant platform where it doesn’t. Research and analysis, not legal advice.
